The will of Baltzer Baishor of Leacock Twp. was written 3 Feb 1789 and probated 19 Nov 1791 (Lancaster Co., Will Bk. F, p. 332)

This implies the Baltzer was living in Leacock Twp. when he died but is excluded in his place of death, so I will leave it, as is ,for now. It could also simply be the place he wrote his will.
