It seems obvious that Will was in shock at Elizabeth’s sudden death. Spaces for her date of birth are left blank on her death certificate. I believe he provided them later for the Funeral Home.
According to her death certificate Elizabeth Monroe came to California with her family at the age of 15 around January of 1894 and she had been living at 524 Georgia St. in Vallejo, California for 1 year, 1 month before she died.
In fact her sister, Maude, was born in Brooklyn in Jun 1886 and her brother, Roy, was born in California, Oct 1897.

March 1 (1908) - Mrs Ollum - age 32 - Heart Failure - Vallejo - Service at home - Sudden death.
