Did I read somewhere she was called Martha in honor of her grandmother?

i William Cocke,6 married Sarah Short, daughter of William and Martha Short.
Their children:
a William Cocke, who had a son, Richard Cocke,8 of whom there is no further record.
b Susanna Cocke, married (???) Buchanan.
c Martha Cocke, married December 1, 1781, in Surry County, Va., James Holt
He represented Norfolk County, Va., in the Convention of 1776 (see No. 4-vii-a in Duke-Mason lineage, page 46). They had a son, William Cocke Holt.
d Elizabeth Cocke, married (???) Stewart and had a daughter,
(1) Sarah Short Stewart, married John Minge and d.s.p. His will probated in Charles City Co., Aug., 1747.
