My name is Brenda Paullo and I am a great-great-granddaughter of James
Wigton. He was the brother of John Wigton who married Rachel Tannehill.
James' first marriage ended when his wife and five children were killed by
Sam Mohawk. He then married Eleanor Tannehill, a sister of Rachel. In
reading the wonderful information about the Tannehill family, I noticed
Eleanor as married to a James Bigton. I wonder if this is a misprint because
everything else seems to fit with Eleanor as married to James Wigton. Do you
have any further information about this? I look forward to hearing from you.
