Oscar and Jessie were married at home, near Clio, Wayne Co., Iowa. He
spent his entire life farming in Wayne Co. moving to Lineville, Iowa in 1934.
He was a menber of the Methodist. Attended church as long as his health
permitted. He was a great reader of the Bible, reading it through 25 times during
his 81 years. His last few years went to the Assembly of God Church. Oscar
was a

He was a great reader of the Bible, he had read it thru twenty-five times during his eithty one years. His children were Methodist as was himself until his last few years when he attended the Assembly of God Church.
