13. Thomas Mitchel - This name is Mitchell, and this is Thomas, Sr. He is buried at Antioch, died June 2, 1852, aged 80 years, 2 months, 28 days. His wife Eleanor is also buried there, died July 2, 1848, aged 72 years, 2 mos, 13 days.
He had a sister married to Isaac Wook, who died in Whiteley Township, Green County. PA. See also Howard Leckey’s series of books, Ten Mile Country and It’s Pioneer Families.
Jacob Huffman was named admr. of the estate of Thomas Mitchell, Sr. in July of 1852. See Vol. IV, page 85 - his heirs were given in a suit brought in the Court of Common Pleas - Elisabeth & Elijah Ullom; Ellen & Stephen Ullom; Sally and Hugh Swartwood; Mary and Isaac Young; Margaret & Jacob Ullom; Nancy Huffman and Jacob Huffman; Mariah & William Dye; Thomas Mitchell; Schadrach Mitchell, Stephen Mitchell; Mitchell Huffman, Catharine Huffman, Nancy Huffman, Mariah & Charles Browfield, and Abraham Huffman. (Note, Abraham Huffman was married to Lucy Mitchell, dau. of Thomas, Sr. and Mitchell, Catherine, and Nancy Huffman and Mariah Browfield were her children, AND listed in this suit because Lucy Mitchell Huffman was deceased.)

14. William Dye, - his wife was Mariah Mitchell - see #13 above. They had a son, Jesse, born in Monroe Co. Aug. 25, 1833. Also the parents of 9 children. They emigrated to Wayne Co., IL in 1851.
