John Bashore beside his wife, Elizabeth, left a daughter, Catharine. On June 12, 1772 this daughter of John Bashore married Jacob Wolf, son of George Wendell Wolf of Buffalo Valley, bit late of Tulpehocken, Berks County, Pennsylvania. In 1814 Wolf died, leaving children: Catharine, Elisabeth, Jacob, John, Johathan and Samuel, of whom Samuel was the father of the late Honorable Charles S. Wolf.
