Bashore Cemetery

The following is from an article published by the 'Lebanon Daily News' and written by Schuyler C. Brossman concerning the BASHORE Cemetery in Bethel Township, Berks County, Pa.

Directions to Cemetery: Route 501 North .3 miles North of Merkey's Meetinghouse, turn left on Bashore Street 1.6 miles to farm with large pond on the left. The site is located across the road from the pond on the edge of the field along the stream bank. It's hidden by brush and trees.
There are 48 graves, 16 carved stones and one fieldstone.
