Some files list Elenora’s parents as Hetzer and her birthdate as Apr. 28, 1747 which is traceable to the following transcriptions. It was common or the tradition to name the child after one of the baptismal sponsors. Since the date is wrong the places become suspect also. I’d rather start from scratch. The Hetzer’s may be her parents but the date is incorrect. She would have been married 2 years before she was born. It’s all up for revision but I suspect it’s just an incorrect birthdate.
