Isaac Marlow vs. Jacob Marlow, Elijah Marlow, John Norman and Nancy, his wife; Eleanor or Nelly Ollum, Otherwise called Nelly Marlow; Eliel Headley and John Ollom - the said Jacob, Elijah, John, Nancy and Nelly are hereby notified that the complainant filed a bill in chancery setting forth in substance that he is the only child and heir of Aquila Marlow, deceased, and as such heir and as the legal representative has the legal itile and possession of the NW1/4 of SW 1/4 and NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of S.21, T.2, R.3. Said bill utterly denies the lawful marriage of the said defendant Nelly with the said Aquila Marlow, deceased and denies the heirship of the said Jacob, Elijah and Nancy, and prays to be quieted in his title and possession of said lands against any claims set up by the said Nelly, Jacob, Elijah, Nancy and John in right of his wife, Nancy, and that said Headly and Ollom may may be decreed to pay costs.
