Scarborough, Matthew, ca. 1649-1724 was one of the members of the General Assembly between 1635 and 1789 whose biographies were published in A Biographical Dictionary of the Maryland Legislature, 1635-1789 (Baltimore: Johns Hopkins University Press, 1979-85).
