Have a California Death index entry in San Mateo for Mary H. Adams, Spouse GA, Dated 03/25/56. San Mateo County record # 495. State record # 56-35089. Her Father and Mother’s names are incorrect and her birthdate is 1878
I was unable to locate another Mary Adams in San Mateo for the years 1950 -59. I know she died after her mother in 1948 and was told she died before 1963 when I was discussing family relationships with Phyllis and Theodore so I could fill out the children’s Baby Book pages. I haven’t checked after 1959 however.

This looks like as seriously confused record and is probably Mary’s birth record.
I was unable to locate another Mary Adams in San Mateo for the years 1950 -59.
