Kevin was born at 7:22 AM at Kaiser Permenante Hospital, 4857 Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood, a district of the City of Los Angeles in the County of Los Angeles. He weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz . Kevin’s home address at the time of his birth was: 5323 Homerest St. in the City of Azusa also in the County of Los Angeles.

The family had just moved to Azusa at the beginning of summer, Ron and I bought the house in Los Angeles. Grandma Hollingum came down to stay with me around September until Kevin was born. We didn’t have a spare dime to buy birth announcements or anything else. Grandma Hollingum always considered Kevin her own special grandchild. Possibly because his given name was Irish but I suspect it was because she was there when he came home from the hospital.

The first thing we did the day after we came home was have a 1st Birthday party for Kelly who’s event had been delayed with the impending birth of her little brother.
