In the next place I want my land, money and all my property not already bequeathed to be divided among my four daughters so as to make Mary Irvin, Sarah Petticrew and Catherine Irvin paid equal to their sister Elizabeth Chapman’s part that she has already received and then I want balance of my estate to be equally divided among my four daughters Elizabeth Chapman, Mary Irvin, Sarah Petticrew and Catharine Irvin. I hereby appoint John Irvin and Matthew Irvin executors of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I set my hand and seal this 21 day of August 1840.
