The land Osmond inherited from his father was either sold or lost by 1754. In 1755 Osman was listed as a freeholder and voter in Westmoreland Co. A 1765 plat map included the home of Osmun Crab and Crabs Cr. Jane Crabb’s 1781 will mentioned children, Gerard, Vincent, Osmund, Sukey (dau.) Garner, and gr. son Abraham Garner.
Misc. Notes
This Margaret Whitsett I don't know where she belongs but she did not marry George Blakey--notice her birth date and their marriage date.
Also (I think you were showing a Thomas S. Blakey that was the son of George Blakey and Margaret Whitsett--that's wrong too).
This is the way I believe the Blakey line is:

Ann Haden Blakey born 1765 married Joseph Oglesby

Hopes this helps you. You can understand how the Haden and Whitsett names were used so much and when you go back farther you will understand how Churchill got in there. The good thing about tracing the Blakey family is that there were very few divorces--they usually remarried after the spouse had passed away. What makes it difficult to trace the Blakey family is that they all called their children by the same names. Even when there are several children say James for instance--several of the children will name their own children James. They are a lot of Thomas Blakey's throughout the line.
