I found a Gilbert FitzRichard de Clare (1066-1117) who married Alice de Claremont. I assume, perhaps
incorrectly, that this connects with our Dusson (d'Husson, or de Husson) of Clermont Ferrand, in southern
France. Their descendents include: many Plantagenets and Robert Bruce, The Competitor, Lord of Annandale,
