Pre-heat Oven to 350°

 
STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
 
 
 
 
4   Bell Peppers > Boil in salted water for 5 minutes and place aside.
 
1 lb Hamburger > Dice Onions (about ½ cup, brown with Hamburger adding salt and pepper to taste.
1 Onion (diced)
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
 
1 can Tomato Soup > Add Soup. Crumble in Crackers. Add Seasoning and corn.
12 Saltine Crackers
½ t Grandma's Seasoning
Whole Kernal Corn (drained)
 
Velveeta cheese > Core Peppers, add stuffing to Peppers and top with Velveeta. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °.
