Serves 8 - 80 calories each   SPICED PEACHES OR PEARS   This is an old fashioned dish and it seems, to me, more authentic when made with freestone peaches, however, clings are fine too.   8Peach halves (canned)>Drain juice into measuring cup. Save 1 cup.   ½CVinegar>Combine in pan. Boil until reduced by half. 1CJuice from Peaches ¼CSugar 1StkCinnamon 1TWhole Cloves   Pour syrup with spices over peaches. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
