Oven 350° 12-15 min.
|3||Egg whites||>||In small mixer bowl, beat at medium speed until soft peaks form. (about 1 minute)|
|¼||T||Cream of Tartar|
|C||Sugar||>||Add gradually about 1 T. at a time and beat at high speed until peaks are stiff but not dry.|
|Spread over top of pie, sealing carefully to edge of crust. Bake until golden. Cool, Chill thoroughly.|
