  LASAGNA 10-12Lasagna Noodles>Boil in Water (10 minutes).   ½lbMild Italian Sausage>Remove Sausage from casings, Brown in Skillet. Breaking up into small clumps.   1clvGarlic>Add to Skillet and Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Do next Step while waiting. 2TBasil 2JarsGarden Style Ragu w/Tomatoes,Garlic&Onion 1 - 32 oz and 1 - 24 oz   2Eggs>Mix together in Bowl. 3CRicotta Cheese ½CGrated Parmesan 2TParsley flakes (crushed) 1tSalt (optional) ½tPepper (optional)   1 ½lbsMozzarella Cheese>Slice Very Thin or Grate in Cuisinart.   Do Layers Twice: ½Noodles (overlapping) ½Ricotta Mixture ½Mozzarella Cheese ½Sauce   Cover a cookie sheet with foil and place under baking dish (I bought a special pan because I got tired of overflows.)

Bake 45 minutes or Refrigerate and then Bake for 1 hour.
Let stand for 10 minutes before Cutting.
Good to Freeze Individual Servings - Just add extra Ragu over top so they don't dry out when reheating.
