Requires Mashed Potatoes
If you use instant potatoes:
Make as usual but, hold the milk. When the water is absorbed, whip in 1 beaten Egg. Then add the reserved milk gradually so the potatoes remain stiff enough to stand in peaks.
|>||Boil water & prepare potatoes with milk and egg as time allows. Season with Salt & Pepper. Set aside for later.|
|½||C||Milk (warm?) I wouldn't.|
|1||lb||Lean Ground Beef||>||Brown in skillet till onions are tender.|
|¾||t||Salt||>||Add all and heat through.|
|1||Can||Cut String Beans ( 16 oz.)|
Put Mixture in Casserole.
Spoon potatoes around edge of casserole, working your way toward center. Leave red hole in center if potatoes don't cover all.
