Penny Ashton - 1990

This is an old fashioned way to use up left-over ham. Try Sweet Potatoes too.
Ground Ham>Mix together equal parts of Ham & Potatoes and add spices. Form into 3-4 inch patties.
Mashed Potatoes
Minced Parsley (a little)
Allspice (3 shakes per cup of Ham)
Flour>Spread flour out on waxed paper and coat patties.
Salt & Pepper (if desired)
Fry in Butter OR Bacon Fat slowly (5-7 minutes each side) until lightly browned
