Oven 350° - 20 min.

  Artichoke Dip   2CansArtichoke Hearts (27 1/2 oz.)>Drain and Chop.   4 or 5Green Onions>Chop and add to Artichoke Hearts.   1CanOrtega diced Green Chilies (7 oz.)>Add rest of ingredients. Mix and bake in a glass dish 20 minutes at 350 1CupMayonnaise 1Cupgrated Parmesan Cheese 1Cupgrated Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese
(bagged - premixed and grated) ½tspcoarsely grated Garlic
(found in a bottle in produce section) ½tsplemon pepper   Serve warm. Reheat in microwave if necessary.
